Welcome to Casey G Photography! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of caseyg.photography and the services provided by Casey G Photography ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

1. Overview of Services

Casey G Photography provides candid photography services, workshops, private lessons, and digital content. All services are subject to availability and agreement to these terms.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

✔ Session Bookings: Appointments must be scheduled through our website or an approved booking platform (e.g., Calendly).

✔ Deposits: Some sessions may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date.

✔ Final Payment: Full payment is required before or at the time of the session.

✔ Accepted Payments: We accept payments via Shopify Payments, credit/debit cards, and other listed methods.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

✔ Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least [insert cancellation policy time frame, e.g., 48 hours] in advance.

✔ Rescheduling: We allow one complimentary reschedule if notified within the required timeframe.

✔ No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your session without notice, you will forfeit your payment.

📢 Weather Policy: For outdoor sessions, we will reschedule in case of extreme weather conditions.

4. Refunds & Returns

✔ Photography Sessions: Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final once the session has been completed.

✔ Workshops & Lessons: If a workshop is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund or reschedule option.

✔ Digital Products: Digital downloads, guides, and other digital content are non-refundable once delivered.

📢 Exceptions: Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of technical issues or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Photo Delivery & Usage

✔ Delivery Time: Edited photos will be delivered within 2 weeks via an online gallery.

✔ Photo Rights: You are granted a personal-use license for the delivered images.

✔ Commercial Use: If you need images for business purposes, you must book a business package or purchase a commercial license.

✔ Casey G Photography’s Rights: We retain the right to use images for portfolio, social media, marketing, and promotional materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

✔ Timeliness: Clients must arrive on time for sessions. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session or rescheduling fees.

✔ Appearance & Preparation: Clients are responsible for their own outfits, styling, and any necessary preparation for the session.

✔ Permissions: If photos are taken in a private location, the client must obtain permission from the property owner.

7. Website & Content Use

✔ Intellectual Property: All content on this site (photos, text, branding) is owned by Casey G Photography and may not be copied or used without permission.

✔ User Conduct: Visitors may not use this website for unlawful purposes, spam, or distribute unauthorized content.

✔ Third-Party Links: We may include links to other websites; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

✔ We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage during a session.

✔ We are not responsible for data loss, technical errors, or delays caused by third-party services (e.g., online gallery hosting platforms).

✔ Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the session or service in question.

9. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

✔ Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

✔ By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

✔ These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Vermont, United States of America.

✔ Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal action.
